No play kitchens come in every imaginable size and shape, from a small range top:

{ Portable Pretend Kitchen Cook Top, $24.95}
To needing their own room, and home equity line to pay for:

Santa brought our son his very own kitchen for Christmas when he was two. Since we were living in a nice but not very big apartment at the time we were very clear with Santa, it couldn't be bigger than our own kitchen. He brought us this cute little number that 2.5 years later has held up. Even when peanut went through a phase where she had to sit on top of it. It' Sturdy and while small, two kids can happily play with it.
{Alex Toys in My Kitchen Set $59.99}
Now about this time I usually ask the experts why they like it so much...but one is not very verbally (although she did point to the screen and excitedly say "My Kitchen, My kitchen!") and the other is at school...so their comments will come next week when I share all the fun and fabulous food that my kids have to go with it!
Now the only thing that would make this toy even better is if it actually made dinner...maybe this year Santa will need to bring an Easy-Bake Oven?
Disclosure: I received no compensation or products from any of the manufacturers mentioned in this post. The kitchen recommended was purchased on my own. All links provided via Amazon Associates, which means if you click and then purchase, I receive a referral payment. Thanks!
