Dress Like a Girl {October Challenge}

DLAGLarge

Fall is my favorite season. The briskness in the air, the bright colors of the leaves, the sweaters and scarves and jeans!

Fall can also mean fleece...so...much fleece.

Ladies there are cuter ways to stay warm than puffy fleece hats:
Bulky fleece scarves:

and over-sized sweatshirts:
Don't get me wrong I love the warmth of fleece, but there is a time and place for it. If you live in a colder climate (like Chicago or MN) you will have 3, 4, 5 months of bulky bundled up cold. Don't start now!

Our October challenge is to Rock Fall in a non fleece way. That can be anyway you see fit that works with your climate.
Scarves!
Boots!
Hats!
Sweaters!
The goal is to look chic, put together and not bulky and over-sized. Like this:

Or this:

Kim and I will share some ideas with you over the next few weeks. So get into that closet and pull out the slim cute sweaters, the cute boots and that scarf you were never quite sure how to wear and join in the October Challenge!

New this month I am going to leave the link up open ALL MONTH just click on the Dress Like a Girl button on the right hand side and it will take you to my new Dress like a Girl page, link up any day this month. Link up early and I may feature you!

Now get out there and Rock Fall without fleece!
