She is {Just Write}

Her name means a virtue coming from God. That's not a mistake, she is a virtuous gift from God.

I sometimes look at her cherub cheeks and sparking shining eyes and I wonder how, how did we get so lucky to be blessed with such an amazing gift.

She is so many things and feelings that I cannot put into words.

She is what she is named and she gives what she is named. She has healed us and taught us in ways we never could have imagined.

I still can’t believe that she is here and that she is mine.

She is growing to fast.

Rapidly propelling herself out of the cuddly baby state into the constant motion and exploration of toddlerhood. It involves a lot of tears, as growing often does.

She is reaching out, taking tentative steps towards toddlerhood and the freedom of movement.

I reach out to pulling her back in for one more snuggle, one more kiss one more bit of grace.

My motto is I want to squish them little again. Even my 14 year old who is taller than me:)

Beautiful...one to share with her someday.

Lovely, heartfelt. Her name is perfect (like Chrysanthemum. Do you know that book?).

I love that she'll read this one day and feel so, so very loved.

Some days I so wish to slow down time. Because these moments, when my babies take my breath away, I will one day miss. Beautifully written. <3
