#PBGirlie : Maternity Fashion that Lasts {Seraphine Giveaway!}

Review and giveaway post sponsored by Seraphine Maternity, all opinions are my own.

My first pregnancy was in 2004. It’s only 8ish calendar years ago but it’s an eternity in fashion years. Most of my wardrobe at that time was for work so it heavy in the cardigans, cami’s button up shirts. All of them exceptionally over-sized and boxy, meant to hide and not to highlight a growing belly.

I’ve added some pieces here and there,especially with my last as it was the first time I was pregnant when it was warm. However with this being my last pregnancy I am trying to make things work with what I have, and resale or clearance as necessary to fill in the gaps.

Than I was introduced to Seraphine Maternity and I am seriously considering having another baby just to justify buying more of their super stylish and great looking clothes. I’m pretty sure my husband hid the catalog.

I mean look at these dresses (all 20% off NOW!) It makes me want to throw a big party to have a reason to dress up!

This year Seraphine maternity celebrates it’s 10th year as a world leading fashion brand founded by Parisian designer and stylist Cecile Reinaud.  The founder’s inspiration for the company was “...designing gorgeous clothes that celebrate the beautiful change in your life experienced during pregnancy. Having experienced problems with traditional “frumpy” maternity-specific clothes, I wanted to create styles that not only make women look and feel glamorous but also transition effortlessly into your wardrobe post-birth

That last bit is what hooked me. Since this is my last pregnancy if I am going to spend money I want to be able to wear it for at least that fourth trimester while I am exhausted from a newborn and don’t want to figure out what to wear. Seraphine sent me their Breastfeeding Sweater (as wore by Jennifer Garner - you know, just like me!) to try. I could wear this sweater every. Single. Day.

It is so soft, so comfy and so practical. It will grow with my bump and the snaps on the shoulders will make it perfect for nursing. The banded bottom will be perfect for covering up the post baby bump without looking frumpy. I kind of want to order at least one more.

Seraphine Maternity has stores in London and New York and ships worldwide through their website. To celebrate their 10th anniversary and their new Luxe Collection  they are giving one of you dear readers (yes YOU) a chance to dress like an A-lister and get $100 credit to use on the Seraphine Website!

No, not pregnant. But I want to be! Does that count! Your sweater is so cute and so are all of the clothes. I don't even know what I would choose!

Oh, you were right... their clothes are gorgeous, and I just love the nursing line! I'd use the credit on the Sweetheart Nursing Dress; it'd be so pretty to wear to an Embassy event!

Can I enter on behalf of a preggo? Cause I'm NOT and it's not on my agenda, but I know several amazing ladies who are!!! And, you, BTW, look amazing!

All of my maternity clothes seem BLAH! I would love anything! 20 weeks to go and nursing thereafter, so I would love a chance to freshen up the wardrobe!

Seeing how this baby is coming any day now I'm in desperate need for a nice holiday nursing dress. I'm eying the Purple Colour Block nursing dress. Cute and practical. Now I just have to convince the husband to let me buy it. :)
