This post is part of the Campbell Soup Company's Wisest Kid Ambassador program.
With four kids it can easily feel like winter is one big germfest with them passing one cold after another back and forth amongst each other. January may be National Soup Month but around here soup month is November-February.
When my boys are sick (dad and son!) the only thing they want is Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup. Double Noodle, Stars, Homestyle, we keep a variety on hand during the sniffling season. They're in good company as Frank Sinatra always asked for Chicken and Rice soup to be available to him in his dressing room before he would go on stage. As wee enter yet another polar vortex and another snow day I know what we will be having for lunches to keep us warm while the wind whips around outside.
This year Capbell's Condensed Chicken Noodle Soup is celebrating its 80th birthday! The soup whose name was an accident due to a misstatement by a radio program has now become an iconic staple of our society. Andy Warhol created one of his most famous images because it was what he had for lunch everyday. I have one of the commemorative Andy Warhol labels hanging in my kitchen as inspiration to redo my kitchen.
Maybe I should as The Wisest Kid for help? If he can get kids to stop playing video games, surely he can get my husband to paint?
The sticky: I am a Campbell Wisest Kid ambassador and have been compensated for my time by Campbell Soup Company. All thought and opinions are my own.
